Pulling Out All the Stops Organ Concert

Be among the first in over sixty years to experience surround sound at Eastman House at the Pulling Out All the Stops Benefit Concert to commemorate the Eastman House Aeolian Pipe Organ Renewal Project. This event will include performances by locally and nationally renowned organists followed by a champagne and dessert reception.
Doors open at 7 p.m., with behind-the-scenes glimpses of the organ chambers and the premiere of a short documentary that explains the history of the organ and the renewal project.
At 8 p.m, the 45-minute concert will begin and include a variety of orchestral pieces to showcase the unique sound of this extraordinary instrument. Performances by:
- Joseph Blackburn, resident organist, George Eastman House
- David Higgs, chair and professor of organ, Eastman School of Music
- Annie Laver, faculty member of the organ department, Eastman School of Music
Followed by champagne and dessert reception.
