Where We Live Community Forum
On Monday February 8, 2010 at 6:00 pm in Dryden Theatre
Part of the Where We Live exhibition programming, this forum invites local leaders and community members to participate in a discussion to explore the challenges and celebrate the strengths of living in Rochester.
Guest speakers will include representatives from the city, county, education, and business. These community leaders will engage in a forum, to be moderated by Jennifer Leonard, president and executive director of the Rochester Area Community Foundation, which is organizing the event with Eastman House. Participants include Patti Malgieri, Rochester deputy mayor; Judy Seil, acting executive director of County of Monroe Development Agency (COMIDA); Ali Zoibi, publisher of Democrat and Chronicle; Daan Braveman, president of Nazareth College; Elaine Spaull, vice president of Rochester City Council; Jennifer Gkourlias, Rochester City School District’s director of social studies; and Malcolm “Sandy” Wolcott Jr., regional president of J.P. Morgan Chase Bank.
The forum is free and open to the public.
