Dryden Seat Sale
From January 2, 2013 through January 3, 2013 from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm at George Eastman House
UPDATE January 2, 2013:
Friends, we have to push back our pickup time today (1/2/13) from
3 p.m. – 7 p.m, and tomorrow (1/3/13) from 12:00 p.m. – 7 p.m.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Dear Friends of the Dryden,
Thank you for being so supportive and responsive to the Old Dryden Seat Sale. We wish we had more to seats so as to accommodate everyone who called but the number was limited. If you have paid for your seats (the deadline is Monday, December 31 at 12:00 p.m.) then read on!
The seats will be coming out of the Dryden on two days: January 2 and 3.
We will have a lot of seats, a couple of volunteers, dozens of you and tons
of snow and cold. So please bring your patience, understanding,
good humor, an extra pair of hands, and a couple of 7/16th wrenches,
just in case. A set of two seats measures 32” H x 43” L x 20” D –
So you can calculate what kind of vehicle you will need to accommodate your seats.
CHECK-IN AND PICK-UP:
Both will take place in the Parking Lot from 12:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. Do not go into the theatre, it is a work zone!
Please use the East Ave. entrance, drive around our large tent and tractor trailer (you can’t miss us), find a place to park, check-in, choose your seats, load up and exit via University Ave.
Look for the check-in tent – it should be fairly well marked. Once you have signed off on the paperwork, proceed to the truck (sets of twos) or the tent (sets of threes and fours). Larger groups please inquire.
