George Eastman House facilities are available to corporate members, charitable not-for-profit organizations; photo-related organizations; colleges and universities, and George Eastman Society Members. Facilities are not available for fundraising events.

The Potter Peristyle on the Museum’s first floor, with its brilliant clerestory windows and view of the galleries, is available for receptions, seated dinners, and elegant parties. Larger groups can overflow into the skylit, three-story Light Court.

The art deco splendor of the Dryden Theatre is perfect for film screenings, meetings, or corporate presentations such as annual meetings, product launches, and recognition events. Smaller groups find the Curtis Theatre appropriate for lectures, film screenings, receptions, and daytime or luncheon meetings. Small groups can also use the comfortable Eastman House Council Room with its large oval oak table. The Italianate terrace garden, lush with blooms and lined with brick pathways, offers an exquisite backdrop for summertime receptions.

All events may include the option of a tour of Eastman’s Colonial Revival-style mansion, featuring the two-story conservatory with operative pipe organ. Any audio-visual requirements can be accommodated, whether for large group presentations or for intimate gatherings.
